Extracurricular Activities

When I was in high school, I avoided the police like it was my job. Vincent Richardson, however, loves popo so much that common sense can't keep him away from the cop shop. The strangest thing is reports say this wasn't the first time he's done this--he's done it twice before. I'm going to keep my ear to the ground on this one. Way to call into question whether they're worthy of the name Chicago's Finest, Vincent.
